Credit Requests & Returns

Hydroflow will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. Credits will be for product only – delivery fees will not be credited. A 10% re-stocking fee and additional return delivery fee may apply.

To raise a returns request with Hydroflow, please complete our online Return of Goods form and email to returns@hydroflow.co.nz

Ensure Courier ticket (if applicable) is attached to the outside of your returning goods

Acceptable Credit / Return Reasons

  1. Dispatch Error: This includes orders where items have been incorrectly keyed order; OR incorrectly picked/packed.
  2. Pricing Error: This includes orders where the price charged does not match the originally quoted price.
  3. Faulty/Damaged Goods: This includes orders that have been damaged either in-transit or product faults.
  4. Other Reasons: This could include any other valid reasons not stated above and/or within our Terms and Conditions. This is at Hydroflow’s discretion.
